Coach: Our Faith Heals LLC Coaches 

Client: You when coaching services are purchased

The Coach shall assist the Client in clarifying their personal or career goals, and in working out a plan of action, as determined by the Client, to help achieve such goals. The Coach will accomplish this by carefully listening to the Client's concerns, providing open, honest feedback and asking question intended to elicit responses from the Client that will lead them to decide what steps to take to achieve the desired results. 

The Services will be delivered by a virtual meeting at a mutually-agreed time. The schedule may be modified, if necessary, and it both Parties agree to such modification. Either the Client or the Coach may terminate the Services at any time with 48 hours notice of termination, with no further obligation, and the Client shall receive a full refund of all fees paid for the Services not yet delivered. At the end of the Contracted Period, the Contract may be renewed if both Parties are agreed. 

Session Contact Procedure: The Client shall contact the Coach at the agreed hour. If the Client fails to make the appointment time, the Client is still responsible for the coaching fee, unless 24 hours notice was given to reschedule the booking. The Coach will make every effort to reschedule with the Client.
